11 – 15 January 2020, New York
The key point of the project, as always, is the work at the Retail's Big Show. Besides that the delegation's own program includes meetings with foreign retailers and entrepreneurs, reference visits to US stores, communication with Russian colleagues and other useful activities for business. Feedback
«We really liked your format and your audience, and we also had a great time on the main conference program. I have a vast experience of international industry conferences and exhibitions, but in comparison to them the Retail's Big Show looks the most interesting and immaculately organized.»
Konstantin Sinyushin, Partner, The Untitled Venture Company
«It was a well-organized tour, we saw a lot and came to Moscow with a full baggage of new knowledges. For example, we saw how Whole Foods Market is proud of its farmers and domestic production, so we decided to adopt this experience».
Alyona Nesiforova, Concept Director «Izbenka-VkusVill»
«I like the most the crimson sector at the Retail's Big Show. There were collected digital solutions, and next to it was the NRF Innovation lab with classic crazy scientists were offering very funny things. In general, it was interesting to look at the mentality of those who offer new retail services. We say that this will happen in a couple of years, but we have to prepare for this. We can see the prevalence of consulting. Moreover, all approximately offer the same thing, and separate competencies are needed in order to understand how they differ from each other.»
Sergey Admiralsky, CIO «Adamas»
«Visit to the exhibition by yoursef is less informative than in a company with colleagues from a related industry. There is an opportunity to discuss the pros and cons of the presented solutions. Someone has already implemented it, someone is going to do that and studied the pros / cons of the exhibits. This is a lively argument and a discussion full of examples. The second important factor is the opportunity to communicate, discuss solutions and ideas with professionals in an informal setting. New ideas appear in communication, rethinking of previously made conclusions and opinions, new friends are acquired. Third - business breakfasts. A great idea to start every morning with presentations from successful US retail chains. The opportunity to see their management models, ask questions, make such tours valuable, useful and stimulate to move forward».
Dmitry Sosunov, financial director of «L'Etoile»
« Redis Crew in all its projects manages to form an excellent change of scenery, atmosphere and adjust the speed to find relevant partners. It is always interesting to exchange opinions and experience with colleagues on the wave of business and technology. Backstage as a trip to New York on Retail's Big Show as part of the Redis Crew delegation, the change of language and time of a day also tone the brain, pushing you to creative solutions. Without any flattery I can say one thing: over the past few years, I have repeatedly convinced that Redis Crew - the best in all of this. I wish once again to establish myself in such thoughts to all members of the delegation to New York and other projects of the club!».
Aleksandr Martianov, CIO of a drogerie chain «Sem'+Ya»
«At Retail's Big Show you could see not only virtual shop-windows, scanners of customer sentiment, but test all solutions right there, and also learn a lot of valuable information from speakers from the most successful global retail chains.»
Vladimir Sadovin, General Director of «Azbuka Vkusa»
«Three things that were most useful to me on this trip were a visit to Wallmart, Apple store, and a story about the work of these companies. The Big Retail Show exhibition by itself is very useful and informative. It inspires to innovations in your business.»
Irina Zueva, Marketing Director «Ekonika»
